    Admission Decision

    • General Patients
      After outpatient care, when the doctor responsible has decided to hospitalize the patient, the patient or their guardian will receive a written decision on hospitalization.
    • Patients Transferring from Other Hospitals
      Prepare the doctor’s medical opinion, copies of test results (CT, MRI), and prescriptions of the drugs being taken, visit our hospital, consult with the doctor, and decide whether to hospitalize and book an admission date

    Admission Process at Reception Desk

    • Requirements for Admission
      Hospital admission agreement (provided by the hospital), 2 joint sureties, personal identification documents of the patient and their sureties, patient’s health insurance card
    • Completing hospital admission agreement
      Patient’s personal information, joint surety’s personal information, information about wards, and agreement to the terms of service at the hospital
    • Prerequisites for Admission
      Toothbrush, toothpaste, tissues, slippers, cups, spoons, towels, soap and other personal articles (if you have not prepared any of these, you can buy them in the store on the 1st floor of the hospital)
    • Information about Wards
      Standard wards – 8-bed rooms, premium wards – special rooms, 1-bed rooms, 2-bed rooms, 3-bed rooms
      (To use premium wards, price differences from the standard wards are paid in full by the patient.)

    Admission Process at Department

    • - Provide a nurse at the department in question with the patient’s admission decision and Western medicine chart obtained from the reception desk.
    • - Receive from the nurse basic information about inpatient services, including important notices
    • - Check into the ward after taking basic tests.
    • - Continue care at the department until discharge.

Information about Payment of Interim Bills

  • During your hospital stay, you will receive an interim bill every 10 days
    For medical bills for Western medical care (Jehan Hospital), an interim bill is sent every month.
  • Upon receiving interim bills, please complete payments at the admission/discharge desks (#1 and #2) within 5 days.
  • Hospitalized patients are allowed to go out only after paying interim bills.
